Reiki means “Universal Life Energy”.

It is an ancient Japanese system of natural healing using “Universal Energy” was discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui.

Reiki can be used to promote life balance, well-being and healing. It can support physical, emotional, mental, spirit and etheric levels of healing.

Reiki is more a way of “being” rather than an active form of “doing” a healing method. It is one of the easiest healing methods to learn and is beneficial to both the client and the practitioner.

Reiki is a complete healing method in itself and also works well with other healing systems. It can be practiced in Iowa as a healing method with no further license required. No previous training necessary.

Classes include information passed on in traditional ways with lecture, discussion, demonstrations, and hands-on experience and practice exchanges. Class also includes a ritual ceremony to pass on Reiki energy through a process called an attunement. Written materials are provided for reference to take home with you.
